They would meet both parties to the dispute at your respective places of business, and put together a plan for a joint mediation session. This could be held at either of Surrey Mediation Service’s offices, or at a neutral venue elsewhere that was acceptable to both parties. During that session, trained mediators would help you work through the dispute, and come to an agreement. This would be typed up into a memorandum of understanding on the spot, for you both to sign to record your agreement then and there.
For more information, or to discuss your needs for mediation, email email@example.com or call 0330 111 0824 between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday, or 10am to 2pm Saturday.
